• You will then receive a free return label by email.
• You take the packaged item with the label to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch. There you will receive a receipt for your return.
• We will receive notification of your return and arrange for a refund as soon as possible.
  

You can return a product within 30 days of receipt.

After checking the return, we will immediately refund the amount via the payment method you have previously chosen. With some payment providers, this process can take 1-3 working days. We ask for your understanding in this case.

The return is always free of charge for you. Just stick the return label, which you will receive by email, on the outside of your return. This ensures that the return is always sent to the correct address and there are no shipping costs.

Within 30 days of receiving the product, you can exchange it by requesting a different size or colour. Just contact us via email: info@iianabiasini.com or phone: +49 176 81001024 and tell us your desired size. After you have returned the item to us, we will send you the appropriate size.
